Process automation
With process automation, the system handles the repetitive back-office tasks of your webshop, such as invoicing, email handling and marketing emails. There is less manual work and fewer errors, and customers get answers faster.
Why automate?
Because webshop growth then does not automatically mean more administration.
Orders can grow while manual work does not
In a manually managed webshop, every new order means more minutes of administration. With automated processes, the same work happens in the background at a consistent quality.
- Available for both rental and custom webshops.
- We start with the most time-consuming processes, so it pays off quickly.
- Human approval can be added to sensitive steps.
What do you gain?
The benefits of automation in everyday work.
Frees up time
Invoices, confirmations and reports are produced on their own, leaving more time for growth.
Fewer errors
No mistyped invoice details or forgotten confirmations: the same rule runs every time.
Faster service
Customers get confirmations immediately, and common questions are answered quickly too.
Growth without extra headcount
Peak periods such as Christmas or a sale do not paralyse your administration.
More revenue
Abandoned-cart and repeat-purchase emails bring customers back without manual work.
Measurable results
Every process is logged and measurable, so you can see how much time and money it saves.

What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants access external systems securely, according to permissions. With an MCP server your AI tools can, for example, query orders or stock from the webshop.
Which processes should we start with?
Those that repeat often, can be described by rules and take a lot of time. Typically these are invoicing, order confirmation and answering common customer questions.
Does the AI answer customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. You can set the system to only draft replies for staff approval, or to reply on its own to certain types of questions.
Can we send marketing emails to anyone?
No. Marketing emails can only be sent with the prior consent of the recipient. Our system also manages subscriptions and unsubscribes.
